About Me
Hi there!
My name is Emma Stoecklein and I am a designer and artist originally from Northern New Jersey. I’ve been up and down the East Coast, trying to find my rhythm. I make all sorts of creations, from quirky branding to layered tactile art, and even crazy experiments. The one thing all of my art has in common is that it is an extension of me and my brain. Combining my love of creating and problem solving, I make works of art and design that inspire.
Over the years, I’ve gone from fan art maker to wide eyed student, to a real designer who makes real things. Art gives me joy and a sense of accomplishment. Some of those accomplishments include Gold and Silver Addys and a third place prize in the SPD awards. The awards are cool, but the fact that I am able to be creative is what truly makes me feel fulfilled.
Everyday, I try to look at things in a new perspective to find beauty and inspiration in everything, I mean, the inspiration for my project “Confessions of an Ex Catholic Schoolgirl” came when I was walking down an airplane aisle. Thinking of “random” things is what fuels my creativity. Check out what I mean by looking at my work! Or even better, what to talk about some cool ideas? Contact me!
